What is included, how often we visit and how fast we respond.
Every WestLift contract covers scheduled preventive visits; inspection of the motor, cables, brakes, doors, control cabinet and safety systems; testing of door sensors and emergency stop buttons; cleaning, adjustment and calibration of mechanisms; oil and filter checks; and 24/7 emergency call-out. After each inspection you receive a written report, and an updated inspection sticker is placed in the cabin. Visit frequency, guaranteed response time and parts coverage depend on the package you choose.
Base Care includes one preventive visit a month, Business Support two visits a month for high-load elevators, and Industrial Premium a weekly technical audit (four visits a month). Monthly inspection is the minimum we recommend for any passenger elevator.
Our technical team takes breakdown and trapped-passenger calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The guaranteed time depends on the package: fault resolution within 24 hours on Base Care, on site within 1–3 hours on Business Support, and within 1 hour at most on Industrial Premium. If someone is trapped in the cabin, call us immediately.
Base Care covers monthly preventive inspections and 24-hour fault response — best for standard residential buildings and small warehouses. Business Support adds twice-monthly preventive visits, priority 1-3 hour emergency response, and a 15% discount on spare parts — optimal for shopping centers and active warehouses. Industrial Premium includes weekly technical audits, 1-hour express response, all-inclusive consumables and oils — designed for hotels, hospitals, and major industrial sites.
It depends on tier. Base Care excludes parts (billed separately). Business Support offers a 15% discount on parts supplied from our Ankara partner factory. Industrial Premium is all-inclusive — small consumables, oils, and electronic parts are covered in the contract price.
Standard contracts are 12 months with monthly billing. We also offer one-off service visits for clients without an annual contract, and longer 24- and 36-month contracts at a reduced monthly rate.
No extra charge for Business Support and Industrial Premium clients — 24/7 emergency response is included in the contract price. Base Care clients pay a callout fee only for service requests outside standard working hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00).
Yes. We service and modernize elevators of any manufacturer. Before signing, we inspect the elevator and tell you which faults need fixing, so the contract starts from a known, safe condition.
Our office is at Meskheti Street N25 in Batumi, so we cover the whole city directly, and travel to Gonio, Kvariati, Kobuleti and Tsikhisdziri is included in maintenance contracts. For buildings elsewhere in Georgia, contact us and we will confirm how visits can be scheduled.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the next contract renewal. We typically recommend upgrades after significant building expansions, traffic increases, or when adding new elevators that change the maintenance load.
