Cabin and shaft size follow from the capacity you choose: we supply passenger lifts from 450 to 1600 kg. The most common choice for apartment buildings in Georgia is a 630 kg, 8-person lift, which typically needs a shaft of about 1600 × 1700 mm.
The exact shaft size also depends on the door width and type, the counterweight position and the drive, with or without a machine room. There is no single standard size, so the shaft is designed around the chosen model, and we check the pit and the headroom before work begins.

How long does passenger elevator installation take?
A standard installation takes 4–8 weeks per shaft, depending on building height, the elevator model and site readiness. In high-rise buildings several shafts can be installed in parallel.
