24/7 elevator hotline
Lift stopped between floors, doors won't open or someone is trapped? Our technical team takes breakdown calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across Batumi and Adjara.
Call the hotline: +995 558 990 990Reporting a breakdown? Tell us:
- The building address (street, number and entrance)
- The lift type: passenger, freight, home lift and so on
- The floor where the cabin stopped, if you know it
- Whether anyone is trapped inside
- A phone number we can call you back on
If someone is trapped in the cabin, call immediately. Do not wait to send a form or a message. Ask the people inside to stay calm and not to force the doors open.
For a fault where no one is trapped, you can also write to us using the form on this page.
